Lifetime Friends

Dr's for 10am for bloods 

Picked Gail up to have a manicure. My friend went bold and Halloween black. I went for my favourite short French Manicure.

6pm Freeman hospital for my MRI I've waited over a year for this. Half way through they slid me out of the scanner to flush my veins with dye. I was desperate to move but had to keep completely still, the nerve was nagging like crazy. I closed my eyes and meditated on my breath, went with the flow of the pain, watching it twist and twirl, sprinkles of pins and needles, sharp stabs, deep throbs and imagined this as sensations, colours, movement until finally I heard the radiographer say. OK I'm going to bring you out now. 

Phew.
