...the bunny that is.  
Around 7.30 this morning, we were enjoying a cup of tea in bed when Smooch jumped through the window and hi-tailed it out into the living areas with this rather large bunny in its mouth.  We found it in the snug behind the couch, bunny very dead !!  I threw it out onto the lawn, grabbed the camera and took these three shots.
I did feel for the bunny and hope it didn't suffer too much.  Remembering Smooch was a wild cat that adopted us and is a very good hunter (too good sometimes).  As cats do, they like to share their skills kills with their humans.

A long weekend here in NZ (Labour Weekend) - we have visitors coming for the weekend (only found out this afternoon).  There will be an early morning supermarket shop !
