Monolithic

This is a Blip of Walthamstow Assembly Hall. An impressive Art Deco building built between the two world wars. It is a Grade 2 listed building and now available for weddings. It is big and imposing and amazing to look at as I drive to work. A really big monument to the belief in state organisation. Looks a bit 'Stalinist' to me.
