This is a page from a recipe book I inherited from Geoff's mum. It is the 'Radiation Cook Book' - for use with the 'New World' Regulo-Controlled Gas Cookers first published in 1927, the copy I have is the nineteenth edition, November 1936.

Needless to say I haven't tried cooking this recipe!
