Dreich day with smirry stick to you rain.

Shorter walk today still sore & very tired from yesterday. The footpaths are mossy & covered in leaves and wet so careful about not slipping. Just over 1,000 steps + the rest of steps & stairs in the house for rest of day's count adds up more.

Managed to get a quick chat with GP Dr J to update, check in & discuss pain relief options during Opp & aftercare.

My brain is overloaded with information to digest!

I am not sure but I think this is one of these smoke fire bushes that is in the wee community park I was walking around. Bright despite the greyness of the day.
