The End

Up early, today was going to be a good day.

First up was the monthly Exec review, it went really well for the team. Although my H&S guy did overrun by quite a bit. Sometimes less is more.

I then had to have a difficult conversation with one of my team. It went as expected and we have parted ways.

Not really in the mood for doing anything else today, so went for a walk and then caught up with a few of my team.

The blip and extra are some pumpkins I saw on my walk.

I'm glad to see the end of this week. I don't have much planned for the weekend, but I think I will go out and buy some books. I need some good, happy endorphins to rescue me from the week.

Hopefully a quiet night.
