Bit of practice

The sun was shining, although it was very windy.
Decided it was a good idea to get the canicross harnesses out and have a practice run.
Dina and I are racing on Sunday, Keely was her normal self when it came to putting the harness on, "I'll wear it but don't expect me to pull you".
We ran for 3 and a half miles, I let Dina enjoy her freedom for most of the time she just pulled me up the last hill.
Had to do a bit of shopping and get some fuel this afternoon, Keely didn't want another outing so she stayed on the sofa, Dina was up for another walk on the way back. She had a marvellous time actually playing with a pointer we know and later trying to get a Collie to play. She normally ignores everyone, quite often even me, on walks lol
