Signs of Autumn

Many fungus that I spot growing on dead tree trunks remind me of little brioche buns.

There are more fallen leaves than I could ever count are lying on the ground. The blowers work hard to keep the roads, in the park, clear. The woodland floor and many of the grassy areas wear their leafy blanket until the decomposition is complete.
