RIP Margaret

We go to more funerals than weddings nowadays!

Brian, our friend from Toronto, lost his sister recently and the funeral was today.  We didn't know Margaret well, but wanted to support Brian, Joy and Jill.

It was a very intimate ceremony, with only about 20 people there, and it was very nicely conducted.

We went afterwards to the Grosvenor Hotel and had a very substantial buffet and drinks in the Terrace Lounge there.  Because it was small, we all mingled well, and I even met a cousin of theirs who lives in East Kilbride whom I knew by face but not by name.  I know her now though.
