Last

Today was my last chance of an evening row before the clocks go back, do if course I signed up. It meant leaving work a bit earlier, which is fine as I have a lot of flexi time. However, as I went to leave, already a bit later than planned, I received a panicked phonecall from my colleague in Prestonpans - all the power had gone, no light, no phone, no IT... Obviously, I had to deal with it.. It turned out to be a problem for the whole of the area, so nothing we could do. In the end, I was only about 10 minutes late and  wasn't even the last person in the crew to arrive ! We had an excellent hour on the water - efficient,  energetic and good banter.
