Yes I am still alive after my run and I actually really enjoyed it, apart from the heat.

Happy Birthday to my hunka chunka, 34 today, I would say you don't look it, but you do! No sleep and all that....

Joking aside, I was going to treat him to a new camera for his birthday until I had my insurance renewal (after my car accident, not good) so it may have to wait until next month. This is Neil's birthday cake which he has devoured already!
