Not exactly a hopping place. I took this at 6:15 pm. That's right, no one out just after last light. The snowbirds are back and during the day the roads are packed but the over 55 crowd, which is the minimum age you have to be to live here, is winding down for the night. This is the main intersection in town which has 4 corners and 4 medians.  I refer to as protest corner. I call it that because whenever there's a special cause for protest, people are out with their signs.  Most every group goes away by noon because of the weather. Recently, there have been a lot of Trump supporters with their flags and posters. It's going to be mayhem out there on election day. The only annoying thing about the Trump stuff for me is their co-opting of the American flag as their own, as if Democrats and Independents like me are any less patriotic and happy to be living in America. I can respect others' points of view, even though I can't wrap my head around them sometimes.

Sometimes, I'll watch a movie that I watched when I was younger and suddenly realize I had no idea what was going on when I first saw it.
