Happy Birthday Dad

Dad died in the early 90s but we prefer to remember him on his birthday rather than the anniversary of his death.
This picture was taken on the Fifie (the ferry between Dundee and Newport in Fife) and shows the Tay Road Bridge in the background still under construction. We often crossed the water to go visit dad’s family in Newburgh or the village of Strathmiglo where he grew up.
Hue and Cry last night were very good and of course I did make myself known when they sang ‘Looking for Linda’ :-))
