Sometimes....

....all it needs is a close shave to give me a kick up the a***.

A few days ago, I put some siced tomatoes into a sautee pan with hot oil, and it burst into flames.
Luckily, I could turn off the gas and remove it from the heat and the fire stopped within a second or two.
But it made me think, we were  almost at a possible disaster, with no fire extinguisher, no fire blanket, no nada.
So today both arrived, you know, just in case.


Ah well...
