Leisure consultant

I woke up with a painful right shoulder this morning and it has become more painful since.  I have had problems with this before quite a few years ago, both sides.  My GP at the time said it was frozen shoulder, the physiotherapist said it was bursitis, me, all I knew was that it hurt like blazes.  So I will follow the lead of my leisure consultant and have a quiet day, and try not to watch the news too much.
