Umbrella Trees

This little grove of umbrella trees looked like they were trying to be one big umbrella!! : )
Only photo taken today, busy Saturday as usual!!  I wanted to take some photos of the crowded ‘Home Open’ for the flat next door which has been beautifully renovated.  
The asking price is over $100,000.00 more than what I paid for mine under a year ago!!  I went in to see the owner before it all started and wished him luck and he was pretty sure it would go way over the asking price!!!!    
Dollar signs were in my eyes as I thought of the implications of that!! Eeeek!! : ) Wooo Hooo!!! ; ). 
The market is still pretty crazy here and houses are so outrageously priced now that people are back to looking at flats especially in the inner city area that I’m in!!!
Felt a bit inhibited as I peeped out of the front window when people were lining up on the stairs!! ; )  Thought it might look a bit funny if I started snapping shots of them all lol ; ). Anyway we’ll see how it all pans out!!!
