Saturday morning

Rather a lovely morning for parkrun today. Lots of geese were flying around overhead as we arrived, honking and getting themselves into formation while they decided which direction to head for (extra).

Unfortunately, I hadn’t had a great night’s sleep as I was feeling a bit achey and wabbit after my flu and covid vaccines yesterday. My arms were OK though! Anyway, I took it gently, so no record breaking times.

The rest of the day has been spent quietly. Feeling much better now though and an extra hour tonight should help.
