Autumnal

I was glad I took this photo when the eastern sun i was on the tree as by afternoon the blue sky and a lot of the leaves had gone. 

I did not sleep well, waking about 1.30 and couldn't get back to sleep. Used the time deciding that actually I do need to go esim and eventually listening to Val. 

Got up just after 8 as I thought A was coming at 9. He arrived at 8.30, for 8 - thank goodness I was up and dressed. 

Bit of personal admin then hung out washing spoke to BB about a number and then C about her SE Asia trip. I was glad I'd cancelled L. Felt a bit better but my stomach is not good.

Sorry the day I'm the garden filling the brown bin again, much chopping back and thinking out. Paved the free bulbs and filled the feeders and found Willow's missing collar. I didn't work too hard, plenty of rests. It was warm enough in the sun to sit down for mini breaks. 

Cooked the beef I bought yesterday. It's in the slow cooker with the leftover stout from the Christmas pudding. 

A quiet evening with candles and I think an early night.
