Cornwall Day 10: Into the Blue

A great fun morning learning to surf at Widemouth Bay in north Cornwall. Contrary to the weather forecast the sun shone for the whole morning.

Thanks to Mrs42 today for taking the shots while I had my first surf lesson. She took some great shots - I'll hopefully share some more with you when we get home.

I'm knackered.

And I finished nine and a half hours ago! Got to do it all again tomorrow and Wednesday :-)

My dad (who was randomly in Cornwall today) popped down to the beach and we had lunch on the beach and then a good catch up in the back of their VW Transporter camper van while the weather turned nasty and the rain came pouring sown. Cool, but a little bizarre.
