Slow start to the day. My blood pressure has been dropping all day. It’s not pleasant to have no strength. At least I know know that my heart is not acting up during the weak spells and exercise! I am done with cardiac rehab ! It’s just the long-covid induced Pots syndrome . Now I know I can push through it and I have today.
I cleaned out the bottom of my closet and 3 drawers as well as restocked the pantry and fed the critters. I just do it slower :—)
