Teasel Crail Harbour

Day off today and the weather at the start of the day was quite overcast.
Despite the overcast sky we headed over to Crail as we love to have a walk round it's pretty harbour and the pretty little town with it's lovely old buildings.
The weather took a turn for the worst just as we reached St. Michael's with thunder and rather spectacular lightening.
When we got to Crail it had brighten and we got to wander round the harbour.
The rain didn't stay away for long so we parked the car at the harbour and went for a spot of lunch in the Harbour Gallery.
We stopped off at a very busy St. Andrews on the way home and had a wander round the town. Lots of tourists about.
I popped into the Fraser Gallery on South Street as they have a retrospective exhibition of the work of Francis Boag.I was given a copy of the catalogue that accompanies the exhibition and it's full of the artist's colourful paintings.
What a lovely day out we had so it's back to work tomorrow.
