Railway Underpass

I’ve blipped this street art before, incorrectly predicting that it wouldn’t last due to State Rail’s “no broken window” approach to graffiti. You can see the brown paint that’s been applied to other transgressors. A blipper on Mull recognised the letters last time as spelling out “No Fate But What We Make”.
