And owner. Dina did so well today at Newnham Park, first canicross race for us this season. I opted for the shorter 4km run, to test my fitness and also it was a bit too warm for Dina's liking. She did amazing getting me running faster than I have for a while. Got a lovely goody bag from the new sponsors.
Home shower coffee and a sandwich, then out for Keely's scent detection. It was Halloween themed and Keely was a bit spooked with the skeletons etc, but found all the items.
Then Dina's turn again, gundog training, she struggled at first "too many leaves needed to be collected" but she settled and in the end did a demonstration retrieve for some newbies (just to show how a dog who wouldn't even hold a dummy can overcome it)
I've got 2 very tired dogs tonight
