MY LILY

Its been a dull and dismal day and a rainy evening.  No need to go out so Ive had a relaxing day at home.  Not done much except the ironing.

Listened to the match on the radio this afternoon.  Newcastle were playing away at Chelsea  - 2pm kick off.  Newcastle didn't play well at all.  Recently the team just don't seem to be able to put in a good performance - and goals are few and far between.  Today the score was Chelsea 2 Newcastle 1.  They play Chelsea again next Wednesday - a home game in the Carabao Cup. Hopefully they can play better and win that game in front of the home supporters.
