National Black Cat Day

Today is National Black Cat Day and so I’ve taken a photo of one of my Halloween tea towels that has a black cat on it and talks about black cats.

Today some of the family were getting together for a potluck meal at the home place in Deep Run.

We headed out the door about 9:30 to drive up there so we would get there early enough to take care of a few minor things about the house that needed attending to before everyone arrived.

There was much chatter going on as there always is when that bunch gets together. Lots of good food too.

It was 6 pm when we got home again. That’s a long day.
