Blue sky...

.. and orange leaves.  Today we went to the Kennedy Center for the first performance of the Opera season.  We saw 'Fidelio'  an opera that I really did not know, and I have mix feeling about it.  It was well performed, but the subject was a little too depressing (the persecution of an enemy, in very few words).  It was still nice to get out and have a different kind of day.
