If the wind changes

your face will stick like that ...as my mum used to say :-)

Over in Ledbury to see Ariadne perform with her dance class.  Before she changed she took us on a walk around to seek out leaves for her visit to Gill's art group on Monday evening.  It was entertaining to say the least!
After that there was a short Zen gymnastics session in their garage gym.

While Ariadne was dancing, I stayed with James and had our usual wide ranging discussion.
