Scarlet-star

In these modern times the Scarlet-star, a Bromeliad, is quite a common plant to be found in the houseplant section of a garden centre. I don't have too much success with houseplants so I just admired and walked on.

Very mild today with a fair amount of moisture in the air but no actual rain. Tomorrow is my walking morning with Holly so hope the rain stays away.
