Memories

MK this morning and being half term it was very busy.  It was heaving at the cafe in JL so we opted to go to LaTour hotel for our beverages, where we enjoyed the view from the 14th floor.

This afternoon I’ve been culling photographs, which is going to be an ongoing, laborious job.

We lived in Malaysia as a young married couple and worked in Singapore.  JJ was in the Royal Navy and I worked for the head of the Armament Depot, where I had a staff car, with chauffeur, to take me to headquarters twice a day for the mail, ranging from declassified up to top secret.
