To absent friends

M, my lunch companion, lives in Singapore and was the partner of one of my direct reports. S., his partner, passed away about 7 years ago, but we stayed in touch. In fact, when M. and I went to Australia and had a stop over in Singapore we met up with M. he really is such a lovely chap. Unfortunately my M  still has man flu so was unable to join us.

London was VERY busy, but the restaurant we went to at Westfield, The Gordon Ramsey Bread Street Kitchen, was very quiet!
