November 2008

It's been a dreary day and I've been busy with work and I've had no blip opportunities.   Then I noticed that the blip challenge for today is memory, so thought I'd take part.

This picture was taken at the beginning of November 2008.  It was the first time Peter and I went to Bermuda.   It was also the week running up to the US presidential election.    As we exited the supermarket in Hamilton, Peter was randomly stopped and interviewed by a reporter for Bermuda TV about his thoughts on who would win the election.   Luckily, Peter correctly  predicted Barrack Obama.

I've just re-enacted this scene and interviewed Peter and asked him who he thinks will be triumphant next week....  "it's got to be Kamala Harris "
