Weekly Shop

I don't know what it is but I felt rough again today and was sick again. Not quite as bad as last week, but bad enough, and the only thing in common with last time is the day. 

I did different things at the weekend and ate different things for breakfast. Both times I had coffee, but that's true of every other morning too. So weird. I've felt a bit off on other days but nothing like the Monday Malady!

Despite this, I felt well enough later to clean the fridge thoroughly and do a good general clean and tidy elsewhere. Had a walk to the post office and arboretum too, then later went shopping to Morrisons.

I know this is quite similar to last Monday's blip but I like it better than my Arboretum photos.
