Cancelled

Last night I fell victim to a nasty gastric bug and have spent all day in bed or the toilet. I should have travelled home today, but that was out of the question.

Wednesday I hope…

I ate two small ice creams this evening to break my 24 hour fast, and they are still in my stomach. Fingers crossed.
