Ages ago, before vertigo, Rosie and I had made plans for a London day. I was desperate to have a proper day out, so bought a book with largish print, so I could resist looking out of the windows. I was a bit off balanced when I got off the train and had to spend most of the time with arms linked to Rosie to try to keep upright, but it was a great day. We had a cuppa in the Haywood Gallery, and went to Coal Drops yard. Rosie bought a rain coat from Rains. We had lunch in Leon, and then went to M and S to look at work trousers for Rosie.
After another cuppa R took me back to catch my train home. It was a rather longer journey than planned with cancelled trains etc but I made it home in the end.
