Strictly medicinal

Had a trying day - made enquiries about my old age pension contributions, the people were lovely but it took an age to speak to anyone.
Tried to speak to 3 separate solicitors - nightmare, they say they'll get back to you but they don't!
Mum couldn't open her washing machine door, but that's what happens when you turn it off when it's only half way through the cycle and still gas water in it :/
