Poppies

Weird weather. Shortly after posting last night's blip we had the most amazing storm. Torrential rain, forked lightning, a cannonade of thunder. At one point there was the most almighty bang overhead and our modem shorted out and we lost our broadband - it was positively apocalyptic... Today everything was so wet that when the sun cames out between the storms it was tropically humid. Frankly, it was a relief when it went dark and everything finally cooled off a bit. Who knows what joys tomorrow will bring...!?
