Waste Water Outfall

I picked some peonies (mostly buds) after lunch, as a house warming gift for fellow blipper oldTimer, sadly she wasn't home so they were left on her doorstep.
Not ready to go home I went for a walk along this part of Timaru's shore.  This very unattractive hunk of concrete is Timaru's Waste Water Outfall, thats what the sign said, and also on the signage was Keep Out !  In the background is our port and out of sight far right is Caroline Bay.
