Damaged Goods

Last weekend we bought a new grill.  The old one has served us well but we've been meaning to replace it for some time.  When I unpacked the new one today, I found that one of the support legs was damaged and the coating was peeling off.  To their credit, Weber was easy to work with through the customer service chat-bot and I was able to have a replacement part shipped out.  In fact, this photo was used as evidence of the damage in the claim.  Since this is a back-blip, I can report that the new part arrived and the grill is now in service and working nicely.
