Heritage food in Singapore

We left Indo-China this morning and are on our way home, with a 2-night stopover in Singapore. Tonight we ate hawker-style food at the heritage listed Lau Pa Sat food centre. The building was constructed in the 1890s, with the cast iron frame made in Glasgow. Wikipedia has details.
