The spooky Fox Inn

F’s brother and sister in law were going to his house on their way home after a holiday in Anglesey.

I had made scones to take there when the phone rang. It was Toddler E’s nursery, she had a temperature so could I collect her as they couldn’t contact O or C.

I grabbed everything to take to F’s, parked and walked to the nursery. I rang and rang the bell but no one answered. I then found the number and rang them. There was another building round the back.

They wanted a password that I hadn’t been told so couldn’t pick her up. I went back to F’s. O contacted me with the password so back to the nursery to get E. There was no pushchair there so I walked her towards home until we met O who was coming to meet us.

We all went to F’s as it was almost time for O to collect I from holiday club.

Phew, glad it was sorted. This nursery keep sending her home then she’s fine when she comes out.

Spent some time chatting with B and B then we went into the town centre for a very enjoyable meal.
