To brighten the day

Today has been another cold, rainy day -the sort of day where one needs to curl up with a book and read all day!  I spent much time going through my NY photos, it's a huge task but I'm getting there.
My blip is a fiddle with the lovely Pride of Madeira flowers which are looking beautiful even on this dull miserable day.
Nothing else to report - golf was cancelled because of the weather, my friend and I won't go walking this afternoon. Oh for a sunny day!!
And there is a power outage, I guess because of all the rain. All around house alarms are going off with the sudden lack of power. Once again, I'm grateful for Solar.
