Hovering

Although I live on a quiet lane, I'm not far from the start of a motorway, so often see choppers as they monitor tailbacks from N Wales on Sundays and the occasional accident. This one looked like it was monitoring the flooding at the edge of the village. Well, that's my conclusion after seeing that it was a from a utilities company.
