Blue Danube

Had to phone Ova re getting a new meter and had to endure listening to the  Blue Danube for an inordinate amount of time. She tells me I have 4 different meters to choose from with various tariffs and peak times. I asked which is the best one but she couldn't advise, just kept rattling off the 4 types etc. I don't want a smart meter says I. You have to pick one says she! Will you pay direct debit says she? No says I.  All the meter engineers are out we will call you back! Well that's 20 minutes of Blue Danubing I'll never get back! Why does everything have to be so damn complicated. I'm half way through my tick list, the rest will get done tomorrow as Thursday I now have an appointment with doom....the dentist. I'm very scared of dentists and must stop biting them.
