Another day of limited stimulation at work but my lovely colleague J is back tomorrow so hopefully that will improve things. Managed a lovely walk and read on my lunch break and exercised properly for the first time in a good number of weeks when I got home. 

Now showered, D is making me dinner and I might be teaching him to make banana bread this evening!
