Our neighbour dropped off a little Halloween package for Kara. It included these balloons that light up. Technology nowadays hey! Very effective.

Update on our guttering. After being quoted £350 to replace everything yesterday I spoke to our neighbour (husband of the Halloween fairy mentioned above!) and he sprung into action to help me. Very kind of him but I think he likes being busy and fixing things. About an hour later that leak is gone. Gutters cleaned and clip that leaked reattached. What a star.
