This beautiful knitted post box decoration was on show in Shaftesbury . So clever !

I went to help run an Autumn Crafts session at Gold Hill Museum . It was a slow start but by lunch time we’d had a few children joining in with the activities . We kept it fairly simple but unsurprisingly, access to paint and paper to make an Autumn picture, was one of the most popular activities . I know from my teaching experience that children don’t have as much chance to just paint, as we did at school .
