H was jumping with excitement as her school football team were chosen to be flag bearers for tonight's ladies' international match. Several of her friends were there but there were no close ups so we had to make do with a very distant view of some navy blobs and close ups of the actual team!

D and I got out for a work seminar - him speaking and me just attending. That never normally happens. Snap of the venue in extras.
