Moody sky

The sky fitted my mood tonight, though not really sure why as it wasn’t a bad day.
I got a call this morning - from a lady who ‘didn’t know who she wanted’. When you phone the main LC number you get options ‘press one for…. Press two for…. Education is number 7 and I just think by the time they to that they’ve given up and just think I should know! Anyway,  a delightful lady explained she was clearing her mother’s affairs and that some years ago she had been a guide at the castle. She had a lot of ‘stuff’ and wanted to know if anyone would want it. I asked who her mother was and realised I knew her. One of the original ‘ladies’ . Her daughter was delighted and we made arrangements for her to come in when she next visits friends in the area. 
Then on to lunch with the Dawns and now on leave for the rest of the week.
