The better day
Monday was another lost day, but today is much, much better. I got out for a walk and some errands and made this photo. The colors around me at the moment are spectacular.
I found out how to get a little bit of money to Tsepiso from a Mosotho in Ireland who sends money to her family in Lesotho. It’s a website developed for immigrants to send small amounts of money “back home” called Remitly. Perfect.
I got the WhatsApp number of my old friend in Lesotho and will contact her tomorrow.
I figured out a different way to do the fingering for my [four-fingered] left hand in a piece I’m learning on the piano.
Sue phoned from Yosemite National Park.
And at the end of the day, I got a fabulous package from “Holy Well Researcher” Amanda Clarke. The package concerns the Well, Well, Well? project, complete with chapbook containing essays, poetry and photos; photographic fold-out (no, not that kind of fold-out); some posters; and a card showing the Lady’s Well at Tobar Mhuire. Beautiful papers, stunning graphic layout, great ideas. What a gift! I am so grateful, freespiral!
