"Can't I have some?"

We had a lovely morning walking around the Botanical Gardens. There was a great array of plants interspersed by exhibits by Chihuly of coloured glass many imitating nature and reflecting different light to great effect (see extra). I was also able to take lots of bird photos. One tree was very popular with colourful Rainbow Lorikeets who were noisily feasting on the flowers and fruit.
In the afternoon we went next door to the National Wine Museum where we availed ourselves of the tasting room to indulge in some further education on Australian wines.
